Returns & Exchanges

At BlazePod, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your BlazePod kit, including all pods, charging bases, and accessories, into the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
